Twin Pine Casino is situated in the southern part of Lake County Wine region and the North of Napa Valley in Middletown, California. This casino was established in 1994, and it is run by Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians. Over the years, it expanded to a developed casino and a three-story hotel. It is a premium casino in the wine country. Specialties: The Only Place to Play and Stay in Wine Country. The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering a wide variety of coin drop and ticket in/out slot machines with a well-rounded mixture. This casino offers promotions that actually are a good promotion. Professional Employees from the Hotel, casino, restaurant. Plenty of parking, security allways there to make you feel comfortable. Very welcoming Casino. I am born and raised in Napa ca. For me to look on line and see Twin pines with Napa Valleys name after it, I am ok with that.
The 10,000 square feet (930 m2) casino has over 500 gaming machines, and 12 gaming tables.[3]
The hotel, first planned in 2007, and opened in 2009, has 60 rooms.[4][5]

The primary focus and specific purpose when the Tribe established our gaming facility was to ensure prosperity and a greater quality of life for our Tribal Membership. The Tribe has been able to create programs that enrich our lives with health benefits, housing, disability, elder and education assistance.
The Tribe began operating Twin Pine Casino in a modest modular building in November of 1994. The Tribe entered into a Tribal-State Compact with the State of California in 1999 and will expire on December 31, 2020. In 2000 our gaming facility moved into a temporary sprung structure, which was developed, constructed and independently funded by the Tribe. In November 2008 the Tribe began its first phase of expansion of the permanent gaming facility. In March of 2009 the three (3) story hotel construction was completed.
