How to play on FanDuel
As we’ve already mentioned, FanDuel is only available in a certain number of states. They verifies where you are located via your IP address (computer) and GPS (cell phone), so you can only bet in states where it’s legal. A couple of points to note: if you live in NY, you can cross the border to NJ and legally bet from there. But if you’re from NJ and try to place a bet when you’re in NY, you won’t be allowed.
